πŸ“ Elements needed in an English CV

When making a CV , you must meet the following elements:

1. Personal Details

Personal details are points that contain personal information (personal identity) such as full name, place and date of birth, last domicile, to contact numbers or emails that can be contacted.

2. Education Details

The second is educations detail, at this point you need to include details of your education history. Starting from elementary school to the last education that has been taken.

3. Certificates

Certificates or certificates are the skills you have which are also very important to be included as a supporting file. Especially if the company you are aiming for is global in scale. The more complete the skills you have, the higher the chance that the company will consider your application. Of course, these skills must match the job position you are applying for.

4. Job Experiences

This point contains various work experiences that you have had. Just like skill, experience is also one of the important points that will be taken into consideration by the company. Logically, the more work experience, the more complete the skills possessed.

πŸ“Accuracy in the Use of CV Grammar

In contrast to Indonesian, in English there are 3 sentence patterns which are usually used past tense, present tense, and future tense. In making a CV in English, we usually use the past tense for the work you have completed and the present tense for the work you are still doing today.

In addition, to make your English CV even more interesting, you can replace the subject of the sentence I, my manager with possessive pronouns such as my/mine and hers/his.
